DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Our free shipping within USA  takes usually between 2-4 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification by email and can track the shipment at any time.

SHIPPING QUALITY

If our package arrives damaged, please send us pictures of the outer packaging, inner packaging and the damaged product for a damage loss report.  Our products are packed secure and with care and damage is rare however it can occur. 

SHIPPED AS ONE OR MULTIPLE BOXES

Did you order two products, but only one arrived?  Please wait another 1-2 business days. We always pack the products individually, otherwise there is a risk that they will damage each other during transport. But we send both products on the same day.
